Read the first-call guide before the vehicle list. Use the rescue and brush-fire guides when that objective is still open. Use ranks and updates when you are checking progress or a new call type.

Finish your first Oak Ridge call
Spawn an available engine, attach to one Oak Ridge call, put water on the fire, carry a victim outside, and read whether that call credited you.
PC controls and the prompts that override them
PC keys for walking, tools, call attachment, and driving, plus the on-screen labels to trust when a prompt uses different words.
Rescue a victim and confirm it counted
Carry a victim outside and put them down, then read the rescue notice. A cat-in-a-tree call uses the same idea of attach, rescue, and feedback.
Contain a brush fire
Hold the hose on one burning patch, cut perimeter trees when the brush fire keeps spreading, and leave only after containment is finished.
Choose a truck and read its unlock
Match the truck to the call, then confirm the unlock on the station spawner. Official categories and a 31-name reported roster are kept separate.
Read a grade, a rank, and a badge separately
Separate call grades, rank names, and the seven official badges. S is the top grade creators describe, and the XP formula is not published.
Check Update 1, Update 2, and private servers
Update 1 is marked released and names two new calls. Update 2 is scheduled for October 10, 2026 at 19:00 UTC with EMS, car accidents, and custom servers.
