XP, ranks, badges, and call grades are four different records. Completing a call can move more than one of them, but a badge target is not the XP price of the next rank.
What improves a call
Creator guidance ties better performance to more XP and names S as the top grade in demonstrated play. It does not publish the points for each action. The habits they repeat are:
- Attach to a call you can still reach. Other players can finish a scene before you arrive.
- Finish the remaining fire and victim objectives instead of leaving at the first knockdown.
- Hold water on the burning spot. Water efficiency is part of how they describe a strong grade. An exact gallon-to-score rule is not given.
- Return to the station when nothing is active and take the next call.
A closed call can still say you were not credited. Read your own result.
Ranks you can name
The official path starts at Recruit and ends at Fire Chief. Creator-reported achievements name Lieutenant (Bars), Captain (Company Officer), and Battalion Chief (Bugles). The steps between those names, and every XP cost, are unpublished. A player comment about Fire Marshal and nearly 200,000 XP is not a threshold.
Update 1 describes a Chief role that can enter calls, make a public-address announcement, and appoint a Deputy Chief. Access requirements are not in that announcement. The role is not the same thing as the Fire Chief rank name, and it does not say a Chief creates emergencies.
Better gear is described as arriving with rank. Vehicle unlocks in the reported roster are mostly cumulative XP, not a rank name, except Command Tahoe, which that roster limits to a Fire Chief hire. Check both the spawner and the rank screen.
Badges you can count
Seven badges are enabled on the Roblox record for this universe:
| Badge | Official condition |
|---|---|
| First Alarm | Work your first call to the end |
| Seasoned | Work 25 calls |
| Veteran | Work 100 calls |
| Lifesaver | Carry a victim out alive |
| Guardian | Carry 25 victims out alive |
| On Shift | Log in 7 days in a row |
| Career Firefighter | Log in 30 days in a row |
Open them in the personnel file: upward arrow at the top left, then the Badges tab. A creator video also describes ten more personnel-file achievements, including 500 burning spots, 10,000 gallons, 25 forced doors, an exceptional response time, an S grade, 85 percent water efficiency, and all victims saved. Those ten are not in the enabled badge API list. Track them in the personnel file, and do not treat a guide total of 17 as seven official records plus invented extras or as seven records only.
Login badges need consecutive days. The reset time is not published. Seven visits on separate weeks do not match the On Shift wording.
Use the call calculator for 25 or 100, and change the target yourself. It only subtracts the numbers you type.
