What is Fire Chief?
Fire Chief is the upper end of the rank path in the official description. Update 1 also describes a Chief role that can enter calls, make public-address announcements, and appoint a Deputy Chief. The announcement does not say the role is unlocked exactly when the rank name changes, and it does not list the controls.
